The Department of Justice, Executive Office for United States Trustees (EOUST) will be submitting an extension of information collection, through its Application for Approval as a Nonprofit Budget and Credit Counseling Agency, to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
