Department of Justice Debt Collection Regulations Updated to Align with Government-Wide Standards

The Department of Justice has amended its debt collection regulations to conform to government-wide standards, removing outdated references and clarifying technical aspects, in an effort to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of debt collection processes.
