DOJ Submits Information Collection Request for DEA Form 357 to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Justice, in collaboration with the Drug Enforcement Administration, is seeking OMB approval to extend the use of DEA Form 357, which is used to import controlled substances for domestic and scientific purposes, without any changes to the previously approved collection process.
