HHS Proposes to Include CLL as Radiogenic Cancer Under EEOICPA

The Department of Health and Human Services is proposing to revise its guidelines to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia as a radiogenic cancer under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000, reversing its previous exclusion of CLL from such treatment.
