CDC to Grant Exclusive License for Safety Rail System to AES Raptor, LLC

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is considering granting AES Raptor, LLC, a worldwide exclusive license to commercialize a safety rail system that prevents falls to lower levels, as described in U.S. Patent No. 7,509,702 and pending patent applications.
