Incidental Take Permit and Environmental Assessment for Forest Management Activities, Southern Arkansas

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has announced the availability of a proposed habitat conservation plan for forest management activities by Potlatch Forest Holdings, Inc. in south Arkansas, which would impact the endangered red-cockaded Woodpecker. The public is invited to comment on the plan.
