U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Revises Definition of 'Hybrid' Migratory Bird

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has updated its definition of 'hybrid' migratory birds to clarify that it applies to all offspring of any species listed under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, effective immediately.
