FMCSA Proposes Medical Exemption Program to Support Commercial Motor Vehicle Drivers

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is proposing a new system of records, the Medical Exemption Program, to support the Federal Vision Exemption Program and the Federal Diabetes Exemption Program, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974. The program will be maintained by MANILA Consulting Group, Inc. and will only be accessible to authorized personnel with a need-to-know clearance.
