Railroad Cost of Capital-2010

The Surface Transportation Board (STB) is seeking public comments on the railroad industry's cost of capital for 2010, focusing on debt, preferred equity, common equity, and capital structure. The decision follows the methodology used in the 2009 report, EP 558 (Sub-No. 13), which was served on October 29, 2010.
