FAA and PHMSA to Hold Public Meeting on Pilot-in-Command Notification

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) will host a public meeting on March 11, 2011, to gather comments and information on Notification to Pilot in Command (NOPICs) regulations, as the U.S. develops its stance on the issue.
