FAA Completes Supplemental Regulatory Flexibility Determination for Aviation Drug and Alcohol Testing Rule

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has completed and made available a supplemental regulatory flexibility determination for its previously published final rule on drug and alcohol testing for personnel engaged in specified aviation activities, clarifying that all safety-sensitive employees are subject to testing, regardless of their employer's tier level.
