Federal Agency Announces Information Collection Request for Review by Office of Management and Budget

The U.S. government is seeking public comment on a new information collection request, which will be reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The request was first published in the Federal Register on September 3, 2010, and a 60-day comment period is set to expire.
