Extension of 2008 Farm Bill Programs Under the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012

The American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 has extended certain Commodity Credit Corporation programs administered by the Farm Service Agency through the 2013 crop year, requiring producers to enroll in these programs through applications and contracts by specified dates.
