U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License for Wood Protection Patent

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced its intention to grant an exclusive license to VHN Enterprises, LLC for the use of U.S. Patent No. 7,858,125, which covers a multi-component biocide composition for wood protection, issued on December 28, 2010.
