Commodity Futures Trading Commission Proposes Exemptive Order for ST Gold Futures Contracts

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is proposing to exempt certain transactions in physically delivered futures contracts based on streetTRACKS Gold Trust Shares from provisions of the Commodity Exchange Act that are inconsistent with the trading and clearing of these contracts as security futures, with conditions on compliance with security futures requirements.
