Deciding Officers in the Southern Region will publish notice of decisions subject to administrative appeal or objection in the legal notice section of newspapers serving Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia. This is in addition to direct notice to those who have requested it and to those who have participated in project planning.
