Rural Energy for America Program-Grants and Guaranteed Loans: USDA Proposes New Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Programs

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Rural Development is proposing new grant and guaranteed loan programs to support renewable energy systems and energy efficiency improvement projects in rural areas, as mandated by the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008.
