USDA Waives Provisions in Refined Sugar Re-Export Program

The USDA is waiving certain provisions in the Refined Sugar Re-Export Program, effective immediately, to facilitate a re-balancing of license amounts and provide greater flexibility for offsetting exports with raw sugar imports.
