Irish Potatoes Grown in Washington; Decreased Assessment Rate

The US Department of Agriculture has finalized a rule reducing the assessment rate for the State of Washington Potato Committee from $0.003 to $0.0025 per hundredweight of potatoes, effective for the 2013-2014 fiscal year and beyond, to help the committee manage its finances while maintaining program funding.
