FDIC Adopts Final Rule on Supervisory Guidance

The FDIC has adopted a final rule that codifies the 2018 Interagency Statement on supervisory guidance, reaffirming that supervisory guidance does not have the force and effect of law and does not create binding legal obligations for the public.
