US Department of Agriculture Requests Public Comment on Proposed Form Update for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program

The Food and Nutrition Service is seeking public comment on a proposed revision to form FNS-46, Issuance Reconciliation Report, which tracks benefit issuances in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). The updated form will capture data on Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (D-SNAP) benefit issuances and will be simplified to exclude coupon issuances and returns.
