California Prune Marketing Committee Proposes Increased Assessment Rate for Dried Prunes

The Prune Marketing Committee is proposing a rate increase for assessments on dried prunes handled in California, from $0.22 to $0.28 per ton, to fund program expenses, starting from the 2013-14 crop year.
