Washington Apricot Marketing Committee Raises Assessment Rate for Apricot Handlers

The Washington Apricot Marketing Committee has increased the assessment rate for apricot handlers from $0.50 to $1.50 per ton of Washington-grown apricots, effective for the 2013-2014 fiscal period and beyond.
