Environmental Impact Statement; Animal Carcass Management

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service plans to create an Environmental Impact Statement to assess the environmental impact of animal carcass management methods across the United States. The public is invited to comment on proposed alternatives and suggest additional issues to be examined in the statement.
