Inside Passage Electric Cooperative has submitted a notice to the Commission, requesting that motions to intervene and protests be accepted, and soliciting comments on the proposed project, which is ready for environmental analysis and includes an intent to waive scoping, terms and conditions, recommendations, and prescriptions, with an expedited schedule for processing.
