FERC Adopts New Web-Based Process for Filing Electric Quarterly Reports

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is updating its regulations to allow public and non-public utilities to file Electric Quarterly Reports (EQRs) through the Commission's website, either through a web interface or by submitting a formatted file, starting with the third quarter 2013 EQR.
