Excelerate Liquefaction Solutions I, LLC Seeks 20-Year Authorization to Export LNG to Non-FTA Countries

Excelerate Liquefaction Solutions I, LLC has submitted an application to the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Fossil Energy for long-term authorization to export liquefied natural gas (LNG) from a proposed terminal in Texas to non-Free Trade Agreement countries for a 20-year period, with an annual export capacity of up to 10 million metric tons.
