Delegation of Authority 250-1: Further Assignment of Functions Under the Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities and Accountability Act of 2015

The US President has delegated certain functions to the Secretary of State, building on previous authority granted under the 2015 Act, and informally notified the public of this further assignment of duties.
