Federal Banking Agencies Invite Public Comment on New Policy for Credit Losses
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Reserve, and the National Credit Union Administration are seeking public input on a proposed policy statement regarding allowances for credit losses, in response to changes to accounting principles announced by the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
