IRS Corrects Final Regulations on Substantiality De Minimis Rule for Partnerships

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has corrected its final regulations on the substantiality de minimis rule for partnerships, which were published in the Federal Register on December 28, 2012, and made the rule inapplicable in the interest of sound tax administration.
