DOL to Submit Labor Condition Application for H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 Non-Immigrants for OMB Review

The Department of Labor will submit a Labor Condition Application for H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 Non-Immigrants information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval on March 31, 2015, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
