U.S. Departments Propose New Information Collection for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act

The U.S. Departments of Labor, Education, Health and Human Services, Agriculture, and Housing and Urban Development are proposing a new information collection to support the submission of unified or combined state plans and plan modifications under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
