OWCP Withdraws Proposed Rulemaking for Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act

The Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) withdrew its proposed rulemaking for the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act after receiving no significant adverse comments, allowing the companion direct final rule to take effect on June 10, 2015.
