OCC Proposes Licensing Amendments to Update Corporate Activity Rules

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is proposing to update and clarify its policies and procedures for corporate activities and transactions involving national banks and Federal savings associations to ensure safety and soundness.
