Final Rules for Grandfathered Health Plans Under the Affordable Care Act

The U.S. government has released final regulations for health plans that were in place before the Affordable Care Act, including rules on preexisting conditions, lifetime limits, and dependent coverage, as well as patient protections and appeals processes.
