U.S. Navy Issued Incidental Harassment Authorization for Marine Mammal Research Activities at Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division

The U.S. Navy has been granted permission to disturb marine mammals during research, development, and testing activities at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act
