NAFTA Article 1904 Binational Panel Reviews: Panel Review Terminated

The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) panel review, initiated by a participant with the consent of all parties, was terminated on August 9, 2012, as per the rules of procedure, without the appointment of a new panel.
