USPTO Extends Comment Period for Potential Trademark Act Amendment

The USPTO is extending the public comment period for a potential legislative change to amend the first filing deadline for Affidavits or Declarations of Use or Excusable Nonuse under the Trademark Act until November 5, 2012, to gather public input on the proposed amendment.
