U.S. Fishery Management Plan Amendment 4 to Address Caribbean HMS Fisheries

The U.S. National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is implementing management measures to better manage small-scale commercial HMS fishing in the U.S. Caribbean territories of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, addressing differences between these fisheries and mainland U.S. HMS fisheries.
