U.S. Department of Commerce Finalizes Antidumping Investigation on Indian Steel Pipe

The U.S. Department of Commerce has confirmed that circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from India is being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value, with no changes to the preliminary determination made in June 2012.
