US Department of Commerce Publishes Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Review on Solid Urea from Russia

The US Department of Commerce released preliminary results of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on solid urea from Russia, covering the period from July 1, 2010, to June 30, 2011, and announced that MCC EuroChem's weighted-average dumping margin will be disclosed in the final results.
