SEC Approves BATS Exchange's New Market Maker Peg Order

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved a proposed rule change by BATS Exchange, Inc. to adopt a new market maker peg order, allowing exchange market makers to participate in this new order type, as modified by Amendment No. 1.
