Franklin Advisers, Inc., et al. Seek Approval for New Investment Structure

Franklin Advisers, Inc. and its affiliates are requesting permission to create a new type of investment fund that allows for the trading of shares in large quantities, with the ability to redeem shares at a negotiated price and transfer securities between affiliated parties, while also enabling the purchase of shares from outside the same investment group.
