Air Plan Approval; North Carolina; Charlotte-Rock Hill Area Maintenance Plan for the 2008 8-Hour Ozone NAAQS

The State of North Carolina submitted a request to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for approval of its 2008 8-Hour Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) maintenance plan for the Charlotte-Rock Hill area, which was finalized on February 28, 2025.
