Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Bridge Operation Regulation in Maryland

The US Coast Guard is proposing to modify the regulation governing the operation of the Baltimore County highway bridge at Wise Avenue across Bear Creek, mile 3.4, between Dundalk and Sparrows Point, MD, to reduce the advance notice requirement for bridge openings from four hours to 48 hours, allowing for more efficient maintenance personnel utilization.
