Moving Security Zone Established on Lower Mississippi River

The Captain of the Port of New Orleans has established a moving security zone on the Mississippi River between mile markers 90 and 110, requiring vessels to be escorted by Coast Guard or law enforcement assets, to protect vessels deemed in need of escort protection for security reasons.
