Eleventh Coast Guard District Temporarily Waives Drawbridge Regulation for Shamrock Half Marathon

The Commander of the Eleventh Coast Guard District has issued a temporary deviation to allow the Tower Drawbridge across the Sacramento River to remain closed during the 8th Annual Shamrock Half Marathon, enabling the community to participate in the event.
