CBP Invites Public Comment on Customs Modernization Act Recordkeeping Requirements

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking public input on recordkeeping requirements under the Customs Modernization Act, as part of its efforts to minimize paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
