Coast Guard Proposes Safety Zones for Sellwood Bridge Construction

The US Coast Guard is proposing the establishment of two safety zones along the Willamette River in Portland, Oregon, to ensure the safety of vessels during the construction and renewal of the Sellwood Bridge.
