U.S. Coast Guard Submits Information Collection Requests to Office of Management and Budget for Revision of Merchant Mariner Information Collections

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking public comment on proposed revisions to several information collections, including the Certificate of Discharge to Merchant Mariners and Application for Merchant Mariner Credential, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
